6大症狀屬咖啡因過量
台灣胸腔暨重症專科醫生黃軒在Facebook專頁上曾發文指出,早上喝咖啡對提神醒腦有一定效果,因咖啡所含的「咖啡因」屬中樞神經系統的興奮劑,可提升專注力和對抗疲勞。他建議每天攝取咖啡因不要超過300毫克,相當於約3杯中杯咖啡。若有以下6大症狀,就可能代表過量喝咖啡了。這時應減少或停止喝咖啡,有需要時要尋求醫生幫助:

熱量攝取過多恐造成肥胖
根據本港衞生署衞生防護中心資料,18歲或以上成年男性每日平均所需熱量2600千卡,成年女性為2100千卡,不過實際所需熱量因人而異,主要與年齡、性別、工作性質及活動量有關。
衞生防護中心表示,如果每天攝取的熱量低於每天消耗的熱量,會阻礙身體的成長和引致體重下跌;反之,如果熱量攝取超出日常消耗,如運動少或吃得太多,就容易造成肥胖。而肥胖問題可增加市民罹患慢性病風險,包括高血壓、心臟病、高膽固醇、糖尿病、腦血管病、膽囊病、骨關節炎、睡眠窒息症等,以及部分癌症如乳癌、前列腺癌、結腸直腸癌、子宮內膜癌等。
